## Position Overview

From July 2024 to July 2025, I served as the **Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)** of **CYBERSHIELD**, the student-run cybersecurity association of AISSMS Institute of Information Technology (IOIT) in Pune. 

In this leadership role, I was responsible for recruiting members, coordinating intra-club operations, organising technical workshops, and maintaining structural alignment across sub-teams (Technical, Design, Content, and Public Relations).

## Key Accomplishments

- **Talent Recruitment:** Directed the interview and selection process for the student intake, managing recruitment for over 60+ active committee positions.
- **Operations & Scheduling:** Maintained the internal operations calendar, scheduling sessions on network security, ethical hacking, and web application pentesting.
- **Platform Development:** After my term, I built the club's official website ([cybershield.club](https://cybershield.club)) with Astro and GSAP, plus a Next.js admin dashboard that lets club leads update the site's content and republish it in one click. - **Event Coordination:** Helped organise institute-level capture-the-flag (CTF) challenges, workshops, and cybersecurity awareness bootcamps.

## Leadership Impact

Serving as the CHRO of CyberShield refined my administrative and team-building capabilities. It provided a platform to align student leadership goals with technical events, ensuring that both coordinators and participants could collaborate in a well-organized ecosystem.
